Rolling side by side when sleeping during pregnancy
I am 18weeks and 4 days pregnant now,and it is really hard to find my comfortable position when sleeping at night... eventhough I sleep on my left side or right side I still don't feel comfortable, feels like I'm squeezing my unborn baby. Makes me worried if I am hurting my baby if I am moving too much, turning side by side trying to find my comfortable way to sleep? Thanks

Have you tried a pillow under your bump and another between your knees.

    Really helps.

I agree with red... many women find a couple of pillows or a body pillow works well in pregnancy.
Don't worry about hurting baby by moving side to side as baby is well protected.

Don't worry about hurting the baby, you won't.

How about trying a pregnancy pillow?
