    Bumps in mouth
Last night I felt like I had something stuck in my throat under left tonsel; initially I thought it was just sinus drainage; it was annoying but it didn't hurt. I tried everything I could think of to clear my throat but nothing helped. I ended up being so annoyed by it that I didn't sleep so today I stuck my finger in my mouth to try to dislodge whatever it was. I felt something but it would not come out. When I did this I also noticed that I had some smaller bumps on my tongue back towards my molars and the hangy ball. I'm not sure what it is or what could have caused it but its annoying and I'm not sure what to do. I've thought of different reasons; the popcorn I was eating last night before bed was hot and could have burned my taste buds and caused them to swell and I wasn't being very careful chewing so maybe something there. I also considered the fact that I have a bad tooth; made worse by grinding my teeth in my sleep and the bacteria could have agrivated it. But I just don't know. I asked my mom and she doesn't think it's anything to worry about but... I'm not sure she always has the best judgment. So I'm wondering if anyone might possibly have any idea as to what this might be?

Your guess is as good as ours. We can't give you a diagnosis over the internet, it's not possible.

Have you tried gargling with salt water? That might help.

If you're really concerned talk to your mom and go to the doctor. The doctor is the only one that can tell you for sure what's going on.

    Good luck.
