If a man has six (6) kids or more does he still have to pay child support in the state od Florida?

If you can't support your kids, then keep your penis in your pants. Otherwise--start working more jobs so that you can support your kids. You only need a bed to sleep in and 8 hours of sleep and 2 meals a day. Everything else--computer, cell phone, TV, stereo, whatever--is extras that should be used to pay for your 6+ kids. And yes--you should get a second job to pay for them so that they have food to eat and a roof over their heads.
