{Name removed} I am 25 my question is.what do I do when a boy 16 say ?if you don't let me put my **** in you I will say you raped me. well the story go's like this,I'm a skateboarder been doing it for quite some time now,I always skate in the park where I live there's also other skaters in their as well,but its this one skater that always looks at me in a unusual way I paid it no mind.Well he came over to me and we started talking it was all good every day we would skate its funny because I don't unusually skate with any one so a week go by he comes to my house as we're in my room playing a video game I was sitting on my bed he was on the floor next to my foot.I notice how he was moving a lot I asked him was he OK he said? yeah sure I'm fine? In a slick kind of way. Next thing he jumped up forced me back on my bed got on top of me and started grinding on me quickly I pushed him off he said if I didn't let him {vulgarity removed} me.he was going to say I raped him.what 2 do I never touched him

So you call the police and report him for assult.

So - did you or didn't you?

I don't normally hang with young teens if I do its with my little brother he's 15. This kid started talking to me he seemed cool at first it never crossed my mind that he would do something like that I mean I'm a grown man we will never think a teenager will try to force themselves on us its usually the other way around man try to have sex with a boy,as far as me iv'e never have and I never will have sex with a young boy or man it just completely wrong this boy caught me off guard.and your right it is a danger for us to hang with young teens but when you're a skater age usually don't matter because no one is thinking about having sex with each other in the skate world its all about having fun.well iv'e learned something just because I'm a grown man don't mean I can't get malested by young teens.I didn't tell the police but I did told his mother every thing. I would also stay away from that skate park. It might be better to still make a police report, because you don't want him to make the report first.

No we did not have sex something like that never cross my mind especially with a minor I'm not gay or even close to being a chid malester I do like women's what he try to do really caught me off guard I never thought he would try something like that I know he has a girlfriend the days that we were hanging out she was with us in the park while we were skating,I want to know why he would try something like that what did I do to cause him to attack me? That's my other question.well I did talk to his mother I was afraid of the out come but it turned out good,again for the record, I did not have sexual relations with that boy! Its clear he must have a problem.

I wouldn't worry too much about that I had a tape recoder in my top pocket recording me and his mothers conversation so if it balls down to that I have prof I also told his mother that I was going to tell the police but she insisted we keep them out of it so I left it at that we'll see what happens

You are being foolish. The mother CANNOT control where the son goes with this - the Police, for example. Your tape recording of his mother talking to you is proof of exactly nothing other than her opinion. That's the same as tape recording MY opinion. She has NO first-hand knowledge.

On a completely different note - according to you (and I have no reason not to believe you) he approached you for absolutely no reason, with no provocation at all. How do you know he's not approaching YOUNGER "children" who may be abused by him out of ignorance, fear, something else. Don't you feel some responsibility to them?

Man this is too much,all I do is ride my skateboared work and go to school this makes me look at young guys diffrently now.I don't think I'm going to be the same.Its sad because I have a 15 year old brother and I love him but when I look at him I see that boy what is going on with me I feel as if every young kid is after me I haven't rode my skate boared since

Now this is not beginning to add up - you're 25 and in school? What school? At 25 you're old enough NOT to use text speak on AMHD.

Trust me - all the young kids are NOT after you.
