How to stop feeling hungry all the time?
I'm sixteen, 5'4 (163cm) and 12 stone (168 pounds) . I'm quite overweight for my age and due to strange fat deposition I can be uncomfortable at times (my neck)...
Recently I have been feeling so hungry that I will eat loads- feel incredibly full (to the point where I feel sick.) and then I will be hungry again moments later. I know there are people worse off than myself but I want to stop now before I gain anymore weight. I used to be quite fit before I had two years off school (for various reasons... ) and I gained about three stone rappidly.
I want to lose weight but I'm not sure how to go about it. I also have coeliac disease but didn't get any of the effects such as not being able to gain weight.
Any tips for keeping my brain off food? I'm not an active person, I needn't eat as much as I do.
