1928 A silver certificates value with signature
I have a circulated series 1935 E $1.00 silver certificate with signatures by Priest and Humphrey. Ivy Baker Priest knew my mother-in-law and signed the bill above the serial number on the left side. Does this negate the value of the certificate, or increase it?
