Is it safe to eat mackerel in tomato in can when pregnant? I heard about eating fish when pregnant is not safe... but today I ate rice and mackerel in can,is this OK? Thanks

I was always told to avoid high-mercury fish such as Shark, Swordfish, King Mackerel and Tilefish. Also limit fish intake to no more than 2 servings per week. Did the mackerel come in a can?
