    Mobile home park landlord
In May of this year, sewer pipe from trailer next door gushed out raw sewage into my yard, for 20+ hours (this has happened several times over the 15 yrs that we have lived here.) before management would get anyone here to fix this. Dug huge whole in my yard (that I rent from them) tore up the back yard with the back-hoe, tractor, trailers, and pickup truck.
Sliced my siding on my shed and house. Health Department was not called by owner, he says they were, I was there the whole time. Lot rent due, put in escrow. Then the shed and house siding was fixed. The yard still is now not fixed. Yard smells when it rains or is humid.
The ground where the hole was dug to fix/replace the sewer pipe floods when it rains. No grass grown there because it washes out. Owner of the park came over yesterday, with the police, and said that this would be fixed. Total of 4 months and this has not been resolved. Many more issues regarding this. The owner/management keeps telling me that this have been resolved and they aren't doing anymore! I have documentation and pictures of everything since this has started. Do I have any legal recourse? This is a health and safety issure. Poor management, poor customer service, poor attitude.

You should contact the health department and ask them to determine if there is a health risk.

Maybe I'm confused here, but you seem to be saying two things:

Which is it, are they saying they will do something or not?
