    I blow a turbo and the dealer is telling me there is too much oil in the after cooler i know some oil should leak out when you take off the hoses but how much is too much

    I don't know the answser to your question, but I thought I'd pass this tip onto you. Start using SAE 5W-40 full-synthetic heavy duty diesel engine oil in your truck. If you use conventional oil, it's only a matter of time until turbos fail. This link may help:
