If you go to get an ID at the local DMV office you will be "run thru the computer" and your warrants will show up. Then you will be escorted to the local jail and Florida notified that you are in their custody. It's going to be up to Florida to decide if they want to come and get you but in the meantime you will be happily watching the jail's TV for up to a month while they take their sweet time to decide. And no, you won't get the ID either if that's what you are asking.

The issue will be will they pay to have you taken back. That is just a "never know". You will not know till you are stopped and held while they check with the other state.

I have had them come several states for a misdemeanor, and had them refuse to come one state for a felony.
