    Violation of Probation in Maryland
My son is now in jail for vop... he got 2 months for one vop and 4 months for the other they ran it together... now because he was still on probation... his probation officer tried to vop him on a case that was closed... which they dismised it... now he has voped him again for another charged that was up 8-13-2010... and I am so scared because the judge give him 5 years and suspended all but 3 days which was the days he was in there before I bailed him out... what is the worst that could happen... I believe that he has diff learned his lesson... please help... thanks

I know "you" feel he has learned but to be honest with this LIST of VOP it really does not sound like he has.
    1. He is working full time
    2. what has he done to improve his position, education, court ordered programs?

But they can go after his full probation time in prison is they want, and if the VOP are for some of the same reasons, you can look at a longer jail time than the last ones where given
