    Heating or cooling not kicking off
    Hi Everyone,

    My heating or cooling is not getting kicked off. I tried running just the fan, that also didn't work.

    I noticed pilot lamp on my furnace is off. Could that be the reason or my thermostat has gone bad. Please help ASAP.

    Dio you mean you hear the fan motor running 24/7? There can't be any heat if your pilot is off so I am just trying to figure out just what you mean.
