I live in Egypt, I'm a full Canadian Citizen,and want to get back to Canada, with my husband.
I am 19 years of age, and I want to sponsor him, or have my family sponsor him. I want to know if that's possible.
Can I get financial help from my family to help me sponsor my husband... and what do I need exactly ?
Can my family sponsor him... my mother and father?

Your parents cannot sponsor him outright; However, you may receive assistance from your family memebers in terms of sponsoring him. They may be listed as co-signers on the application. They will have to provide the necessary proofs in order to satisfy the undertaking.
