I went to replace the aerator on my Revival bathroom brass faucet and the aerator broke off in the faucet. Please tell me what to do. Thank you.

When you say "broke off" - what do you mean ? Broken threads ?

The aerator housing head broke off/seperated/spun off from the threaded body which stayed in the faucet.
