I am looking for my dad John Sandy Reid of Rothes Scotland aged about 88

He could have passed away but I need to know. I feel he is still alive. Does he want to meet me his daughter

Does anyone know the whereabouts of John Alexander Reid, known as Sandy to friends and family. Aged about 88 years and originally from Rothes on Spey in the Highlands of Scotland. He was in the merchant and Royal Navy in World War II. He had 8 children by Peggy. They split up in about 1953.
