1980/1990's Halloween movie... Cant remember the title?
This is a pretty old movie, I want to say it was shown on Disney channel. I know it was shown in the late 80's early 90's. From what I can remember which isn't much, it was basically about Halloween no longer being celebrated & I remember a vampire in the movie who I think was played by a somewhat famous actor & I think in the movie he was in love with a witch but I'm really not sure. I remember one scene in particular where a mother and father have to explain to their children their may not be anymore Halloween & I remember one child being dressed like a scare crow. This wasn't a animated movie & it wasn't a scary movie at all... Great kids movie. Please help! This movie holds a lot of good childhood memories for me. Thank you!
