    What if judgement is done and they are going to to gurnish you in days, what can I do ?

    Nothing. You can attempt, depending on where you are, to argue that the garnishment will leave you unable to support your family, but that takes time.

    First, please don't piggyback your question on someone else's. This tends to cause confusion so I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Once a judgment is awarded, they can do anything allowed by law to collect the judgment. The only way to stop it is to reach a settlement agreement with the plaintiff.
