Onn lcd TV 32 angel doesn`t turn on

Hello!I need help to understand why my lcd TV Onn mod.32 Angel-a doesn`t turn on.
Everithing work properly( if the TV is turned on) but if I turn off it,I can not tur it on anymore. Probably,some times the TV turn onn strangely with remote control. I think the problem is into the stand-by circuit .
