I have 3 daughters 7(about to be 8), 5 (about to be 6), and 1yr old. I want them to come live with me but I'm currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment. I want to know if its legal to have them sharing the one larger room until I'm able to move?

Where are you located? Laws vary by region.

I don't see that it would necessarily be "illegal" although it's not the most ideal situation. Do you have separate beds for all of them?
