We keep hearing footsteps up stairs and noises as though someone is walking down the stairs also things keep falling in the kitchen and door handles keep bn pressed down then let go

Could we have ghosts we hear footsteps upstairs and coming down the stairs also door handles been pushed down and let go

It looks lik a spirit is inhabiting your house. If it hasn't bothered you or tried to harm you in any way, then I don't think you should worry too much about it. If its harmless then don't brood or fuss over it. Although, if this spirit bothers you too much, then have someone look into it.
