Hi I have an outstanding debt,its an O.S.A.P loan that is now over 7 years old. Does the Statue of Limitations apply to this debt also. As of Aug 12th of 2010 they Garnished my bank account. Not only that I don't work and am on social assitence.?

My research indicates that student loans in Canada NEVER go away, aren't dismissed in bankruptcy. The Statute does not apply.
