The movie is about a military person who is stationed in jamaica or someplace.
He learns capowata it is a form of self defense but it has been turned into a dance.
He comes back to america and he turns an old firestation into a dojo and starts to teach it to troubled teens.
In the end he ends up fighting with a gang leader who nows capowata.
