My 16 yr old son lives out of state with dad, dad won't let him come live with me.
We have equal custody, dad is primary and court allowed son to go and live in Texas with his father after his father pulled him from school in Nevada without me knowing and sent him to live with his parents and go to school in Texas. When we went to court so they could force him to bring him back to Nevada, he pulled out an old email where I had given our son permission to go with his grandparents (was only for a vacation, and his father presented it to the courts as my giving my permission for him to go) long story short the judge got upset that I wasted the courts time and granted his father permission for him to live with him in Texas, but left custody 50/50.
Now my son does not want to live there or with his father and wants to come live with me again in Nevada. His father after agreeing (verbally) for him to come live with me, the day before my son is to leave to Nevada, his dad made him go to school in Texas and told him that moving with me is not an option. My son is devastated and I would like to know what our options are for my son to come immediately to Nevada, and any other options I have.
