Sending naked picture to a friend
Hi I am a shy 17 yeah old girl and I have been talking to a guy that I met at school we haven't see each other in about 5 months and when we were at school we didn't talk much but I found hin on Facebook and we started to talk he asked for my number and I gave it to him we have been talking for about a weeks. I don't know his that well because all we do is text each other we have never called and a day after we had started to I text him ask if he would ever take a naked picture and send it to me he said yes he ask me and the same question I said yes so 2 days after we started to talk I send him the pictures and he send me his because he wouldn't stop ask for then. And again I am shy this is the crazyest thing I have ever done in my life also my mom never lets me go out I'm always at home is it right to have done that or should I stop talking to him should I trust him

Let's see, you asked this guy for a naked picture? And then you sent him one?

You're not as shy as you think.

Be careful of what you do, and who gets your nude picture. It could be on the net by now.

Yes, it very well could be anywhere right now. If you are both under the age of 18 then you could also be in big trouble. If you are both in pocession of nude pictures of minors, that is trouble. I believe it is soemthing called "sexting" now. So I would be very careful and try getting rid of both of the pictures.

    Hi, ive12!

Yes, the images of you could wind up anywhere, just like what you've written on this site will now be found when people do searches for things on the Internet.

Anything that you post electronically in just about any form can wind up somewhere that you don't want it to be.

So, stop with things like that which could be potentially harmful to you and others! Be very mindful and careful about anything that you do, write or say!

People who're really interested in having genuine, well-meaning, long-lasting, heartfelt relationships with anyone won't be maintaining them by means of sending nude images of themselves anyway, nor by just texting each other.

To do so, especially with images, is immature and the images may very well be illegal, depending on the location of transmission and receipt of them as well as concerning the content of the images.

    Thanks!

Never send nude pictures anywhere - they could be half way around the world by now and just might come back to haunt you.

Your picture is somewhere in cyber-space by now or it will be.

What you did was wrong. And if in the United States it was illegal. If you and he fight he could post them in every locker room and restroom at school. Plus worse. Is that something you want to happen and the kind of phone call you want your parents to get from the school?

There is a bigger problem besides it winding up on the internet. If you and under 18 and you send naked pictures of yourself it is the same as sending naked pictures of anyone else under 18. It is distribution of child pornography. P{lease do not do it again, and be very careful in the future. Ask him not to send anymore, and do NOT send anymore pictures to anyone.

Yes, you sending him the photo is illegal and you could end up in front of a judge and a jury looking at your photo as evidence.

Next anyone that has the photo on their computor has child porn on it.

But almost always the person texts the photo to all off his or her friends and so on, within a few weeks most of the school has seen the photo

You weren't too shy to send a nude picture. Learn from this experience and hope he doesn't show it anyone else. Tell him the penalty for this.
