I have noticed a knot or lump inside my penis. It works fine no pain I can sqeeze the area no pain no problems urinatong or having sex the only problem I have is when I have an erection I noticed the bottom of my shaft doesn't enlarge like it used to which affects my size a little when erect. What can I do?
