All the water is backing up into basement
All the water is backing up from the washer, the toilet, the kitchen sink, and the shower.. the pipe that the washer drains into downstairs is where all the water comes out of. Can you help please? Jeanne

jeanne629, the only thing I can do to help is recommend you run a snake through the drain. You may be able to rent one at your local Lowe's or Home depot. A little more info, like whether is septic tank or city sewage, might get little more help. Good luck

Hey Jean, The backup's coming from the washer stand pipe. Is that correct?
Do you have a basement where the washer's located? If so is there a floor drain installed?

I called the township to see if it was their problem. They sent someone out to look... the cleanout pipe at the end of my lawn was clogged with about 35 rocks and a 16oz pepsi bottle... he cleaned it out and everything flows smooth now!! Thank You all for your help!

35 rocks and a pop bottle? Who doesn't like you? Or do you simply have a youngster that sees a opening, your clean out, and just got to fill it with something?
    Just wondering! Tom
