How can a parent get out of paying child support with the help of the mother
How can a father not pay child support. With the help of the mother and for her not to be able to change her mind later

As long as she never files in court for support the father won't have to legally pay. But she can change her mind at any time.

However, if here in the US, if the mother were to file for assistance with a government agency the agency will go after the father for reimbursement.

By the mother re-marrying a man who wants to adopt the child(ren) and the biological father voluntarily relinquishing rights to the children.

There is no other way that I know of.

PS--the adoption is a MANDATORY part of the equation. You cannot give up parental rights to get out of child support.

What is going on that you would even ask such a question?

More importantly, why would you not want to provide for your child?
