My boyfriend of 4 years has a girl friendship and I hate her not because of that but in general I don't like her because I know her as well but he knows I don't like her and it bothers me and he does not think about it I think that's what bothers me the most

Its OK for couples to have friends of the opposite gender,it does not mean there going to run off together!

Go out all together and try and get to know her better,perhaps she is not so bad after all.

At least in your boyfriends eyes he will see your trying to make an effort to get to know her,and it will also help you.

Did she do something that makes you dislike her? Did he used to have feelings for her?

You don't have to like his friends to like him. Just tell him to keep her away from you. Then get over yourself.
