For 5 months I have been in a relationship with this guy and recently I broke up with him. Because he lives far away, he has brought some clothes and other personnel items over to the my house. For the past month he been setting up times to come pick these items up but never show to get them. I know he is stalling because he still want the relationship but I just want his stuff out of my house. Legally I can't just throw his things out on the curb so what can I do so that I will not get into any trouble?

How much "stuff" is it?

3 boxes of videos, games, 2 golf club bags w/clubs, a small laptop and a few changes of clothes. This individual was suppose to stop by today and pick them up, no call no show. This has been going on for over a month now

Send a registered letter and it's a final. If he doent make arrangements and stick to it your giving it to goodwill.
