we ordered a custom window for our new home and the window that was delivered to our building site is not what we ordered. The salesman tells us that we can't get the window we ordered in that size. I want to know if he's not being honest. We ordered a 3' x 5' stationary window flanked by 2' x 5' double hung windows on either side; all to be v groove glass. We're being told that we can't get double hung windows that small so all three windows are stationary. I think he's wrong, any comments?

If what was delivered was not what you ordered, return it. Contact manufacture. You can probably Google manufacturer to review selections. Contact another distributor. What you are being told does not sound logical to me.

If it was a custom window, it can be any size. Do you have a receipt that shows the size you ordered, does it match the one you got? If not don't pay for it and have the supplier pick it up.
