My dad use to have a baby skunk as a pet and he loved it... I want to know where to get one for his upcoming birthday

You're going to have to find a breeder who breeds for "domesticated" wildlife. I do believe it is illegal to keep a wild animal as a pet... Or at least it should be. I also know that now a days you need a license to own exotic pets such as that.

Talk with a wildlife sanctuary. You might be given the opportunity to foster a wild baby skunk until its old enough to live in the actual sanctuary or be released.
