1999 honda accord I put plugs and wires on car now it won't start in a ingition switch green ligh on dash flash

May be a bad key or a problem with the immobilizer itself. After recording any radio codes, try removing the negative battery cable for 15 seconds and then reattaching it. See if that corrects the problem.
