I have an US citizenship, and now we live in Costa-Rica, I have two children 6 years old girl, and 8 years old boy, and want to live in England, I have good friends there, and was wondering, how I can live, and work in UK ? With my current citizenship, what options I have in my case?

What sort of work do you do? Basically you have only several options:

* marrying someone there
* attend school there
* obtain a work permit from an employer there (not easy to do and you do not want to go over as a visitor looking for work)
* be able to show you are financially self-supportive... meaning you do not need to work for income (also not easy to do)

Easiest route, but it will only allow you to remain for a certain period (although there are various means of legally extending a stay) would be to consider going back to school to advance a degree and obtain a visa that way.

Before you were to do anything else... have you been to England? Have you stayed there for an extended period? Have you been there at different times of the year?
Could you work it out so that you stay with your friends for an extended period for a visit to get more of a feel for what living there would be like? Visiting and living there can be quite different!

The process of emmigrating can be pretty involved, even more so when you have children to consider as well.

I understand, so I learned being in a few places, living is different from visiting, but my kids ant to be in school, and here in Costa-Rica not a best education, and I want to make my own money.
