Play with them while they're wearing the collars. Go sit down in the yard and call them. If they don't want to come get attention they don't have to, but they don't get any when you go back in.
Put down some fluorescent string so they know where the fence is until they get used to it.
With the invisible fencing system, there should be a training course that you and your dogs should have gone through. Don't allow your dog to find the premeter by themselves..
Put up flags, landscaping string... Something that visually shows the dogs where the yard ends for them. Also, during the training periods, the dog should have on the "training" prongs which vibrate, not shock.
As cat has said. Make going outside into the yard enjoyable. Play games with them.. Give them treats.. Make it positive again.
How close to the porch does the fence run? Can they get off it without being 'reminded' it is there?
