    I have no idea what you are asking.

    You lied during an interview (presumably a Police interview) but now want to take back what you said? You didn't charge "him" with a crime. The Police did.

    If you withdraw your statement it will not change the course of things and you could be criminally charged.

    You do not have the authority to drop any charges. After that, you tell the DA and you tell the attorney for the person you lied to, so they can call you as a defense witness
