Three days ago I had developed a swollen lymph node on my groin area. I went to my primary care doctor, who told me it was small enough to not be concerned. That next day, I noticed the left side of my clitorus (the same side the swollen lymph node is on) felt somewhat irritated after I wiped. Well, today, I noticed a canker sore-like spot has developed where it was irritated. I have no vaginal discharge and no strange smells, only a swollen lymph node and a single canker sore-like spot on the side of my clitorus. Is an STD the only cause of this, or is there hope for a better answer? My doctors are closed until Monday and I was just looking for some possibilities of what could be happening to me.

Being Monday, this isn't going to help a lot.

Get thee to a doctor for a full STD test. No sex until the results come back. Make sure your partner goes for a test too. Goose and gander.

It could just be a blocked gland or pore, see pimple, but it could be something else. So see a doctor for a STD test. After all it is always better to be safe than sorry.
