    Mains noise
There is a loud very fast vibrating noise fron the rising mains water pipe under my kitchen sink ,whenever any taps are turned on . It is when either mains water is coming from cold tap, or when using hot tap mains water is filling water tanks.

If "any tapes are turned on" means any tap in the house, I would suspect either a loose washer in the main shut off valve or a defective pressure reducing valve.

Noise and vibrations are cause by something loose as the water rushes by. You have to be more specific. Does this happen only at the sink taps or are all the taps in the house affected? Back to you, Tom

    Only at the sink taps.

One sink or all? Hot, cold or both? Suspect you have a loose washer in either the faucet or the stop valve under the sink.
