Hi, I am a foreign doctor.. planning to do residency in united states.I m in us since July 7 2010in b1 visa .my visa expires on June 2011.I m married to us recent green card holder here in usa only 1 month back.is there any way for me to stay after my visa expires?

If your I-94 expires, you cannot stay in the US lawfully with the marriage to an LPR as there is a wait for your priority date to come current. You must change status (COS) to another NIV or leave the US and wait until the PD is current, then file for your IV.
