Why does Internet Explorer plays sounds when not on
Why does internet explorer plays advertisements while I am brousing? I don't even see the advertisement, but hear it. Then I click off explorer, and I still hear advertisements. Also, for some reason, all of a sudden, it is loading VERY slow.

Can I delet internet explorer from my computer, then download it again, then it will be fixed?

First thing to verify is that your computer is not infected with malware. Update your antivirus and do a full scan. If you don't have antivirus, try both the free MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and Trend Micro's Housecall online scanner.

Internet Explorer does not inherently play ads on its own accord. It will play ads contained in a webpage that it is displaying. Removal and re-installation would have no impact in either case.

I have restored my computer to an earlier date. That took care of it. Thank you for all your sugestions. I am using Norton, and it didn't pick up on a virus or mal or worm etc. Again, thank you.
