My son has been arrested 22 time only charged with 2 thing in 2000 cause he was young and took a bargin for something he did not do now every time you turn around they are trying to pin something on him and he comes out innocent as he told them. They have not compensated him for all the time he has spent in jail and knows they are grasping for straws when they arrest him from places he has never been or lived. What can we do
