My boyfriend went to jail for a violent crime. He did 11yrs. And has been off parole for 2 yrs. Before he went he owned his own Auto Mechanic Business, needless to say he lost everything. Is there anyone that will give him a small busiess loan?

Like all the rest of us the only way he knows is to apply for a loan. I've had loans in the past and no one ever asked me about my criminal history, just checked on my financial ability to repay the loan.

Will be hard, first a criminal record, no money, no credit.

He may want to consider working for someone and saving up some money.

And/or merely working out of the back of a pick up truck or his home.
