I was terminated from a trucking company for running over 15 minutes over my 14 hour rule now now one wants to hire me, they say no one will touch me for 3 years. I have a clean record and need to know who will hire me?

You'll just have to keep calling recruiters or stick with smaller companies. Depending on your accident history (or lack of) and your overall driving record you should get hired.
