I have a moan single handle positemp faucet. My hot water is fine through the whole house until I try and run a bath downstairs with this faucet. The water comes out hot then kills the hot water in the whole house. It's like it's pressure blocking the hot water.

Oh yeah one thing I forgot the shower will stay hot longer and you can get through one with hot water.
