Is there something wrong with the bones in my left arm?
    Hi,
I am a healthy, normal weight, 11 year old girl. I have broken my left wrist once in about 2006-2008. I then broke it again in May, 2010, a fracture in my left 'snuff-box' the docters where unsure which bone: scaphoid or growth plate. I have now again 6 weeks after the cast been taken off my arm, broken it again. I have now broken two bones this time, a 'buckle' brake in my left radius and a clean brake in my left alnar bone. Is there something wrong with my bones, diet, calcium levels or am I just unlucky. If you need any further details please just ask because I am desperate for an answer. (in cast now)

THis is something your physician can answer best...

Here is a question, did these breaks occur during strenuous sport activity... or simple slight accidents around the house? Any bone will break in the right conditions... it helps to know what you were doing that led to the breaks.

Umm.. the first was doing a 'bend-back' with my hands touching my feet, second playing netball and third (bit strange) I had my arms in my jumper with the arms tied to someone else, then fell over and they fell on top of me.

you just broke a arm ad was playing a sport? Not listening to warnings of doctors

Also of course the doctor knows what bone broke, the x-ray will show where, how big, type and so on. So to say the doctor did not know what bone broke is just silly.
