I am working around 2 years and 10 months as an insurance sales officer in Dubai. Yesterday I got termination letter, but they are not giving NOC. The problem I am facing is in my labour contract their condition is non-competence clause for 2 years. Now I got one offer letter from another insurance company in Dubai. So, ***. Help me and give me one suggestion that - can I work in the new company after getting termination letter.

Not an expert in Dubai law, but in the US, the non-compete clause refers to contacting your former customers in an effort to remarket them. They cannot tell you with whom you may work! Just don't plan on calling your favorite clients.
