My police aunt has been trying to get me in trouble every since I went to Internal Affairs on her about harassing me and intervening in police station complaints I made. My local state doesn't acknowledge the Alienation of Affections case filings... what can I file similar to this against a family who has my mother afraid of her actions with police jurisdiction?

I need to present to a judge continuous abuses and threats of false behavior that she claimed against me to police authorities and her interuptions of regular non emergency telephone complaints to the police desk... which would have led to the arrest of a fugutive who had been stalking me. She chose to protect a guy who was wanted by police because he hung out with her daughters "second" babie's father. And ask officers to ignore my complaints against the guy.

I recently got falsely arrested after one of her claims days previously to have me in police custody... she has seemingly asked several other female friends and law enforcement to help her.

She got her phone calls to me removed from my AT&T Subpoened telephone records in which she is a subscriber. And her lawyers calls to me were removed as well. That would have shown conspiracy to have me wrongfully arrested. The charges were dropped by the prosecutor. But I still need to present this abuse to a judge and Louisiana courts don't acknowledge "Alienation of Affections" court cases... I am trying to find some Slander court filings or Tort case examples.

If you can prove the arrest was malicious and without basis, you might be able to sue on a false arrest complaint. But you would have to sue the department not just your aunt. Have you tried Internal Affairs again?

Well I'd like for it to be known that I was forewarned of a false arrest for calling the local news station against her and cops from the precinct she was over staged the false arrest and didn't even read my miranda rights nor did they take me directly to the police station for detectives to acknowledge or investigate the false claim.

If it was me, I'd stop my war against my COP aunt, who has COP friends, who carry BIG guns. They aren't NICE people. They LOVE to put people in jail, and keep 'em there for a long, long time. I'd MOVE instead.

Reading of Miranda rights is very misunderstood. There is NO requirement that a person be read their rights. Not reading a person his rights just means that anything said can't be used in court.

Obviously they knew the arrest was a phony and would never go to court, so why bother reading your rights.

I have already been in jail falsely. I understand police retaliate but they are constantly harassing me while off duty anyway. So I am basically fed up. And I see where some federal rights have been violated.

The alienation of affections suit would have allowed me to tell a jail of family based harassment by her and how she's turned everyone in the family against me since I filed the complaint with internal affairs. Is there something similar I could file about family based harassments that she used in lieu of having police investigation information and contacts?

Frankly, you may win the battle here, but you might lose the war. I think you should consider moving from the jurisdiction.

Hasn't it dawned on you yet the more you complain about the aunt, the more YOU are going to suffer and not her? Try and pick another hobby to pursue as this hobby will only lead you to a long time in jail to reflect upon trying to get her in trouble.

The fact she was hiding or help hide a wanted person should be enough to get a normal cop fired. She wasn't and it's irrelevant at this point for you to keep beating a dead horse here. She sued her police dept and they are basically now at her beck and call or face a very large outlay of money to her.

My advice to you would be to drop it entirely and let the wheels of justice grind this matter to a conclusion without your prodding. Don't worry. She'll get hers sooner than you think. Just sit back and wait and stop trying to stir up stuff against her.

There is no other kind of lawsuit you could pursue in a case like this unless you had tons of money and a very smart attorney.

Life is not fair, she has won this one for now, And the more you try, the more cops will be against you. You are the only one who will lose if you keep this up.

IA was told, investigated and basically it is over. There is nothing you can do at this point, expect most likely end up in jail yourself.
