Can I get green card if I divorce?
    Hi
My American boy friend and I married last year and I got green card in 3 months. This is a temporary green card and we will have one more interview in a year for me to get the permanent green card. It is one year now and things has been very bad between us. He wants to divorce, I do not want, because I still love him. What do I do with my green card? Can I still get my green card if he divorce me?
I have been going to counselor therapist for my problems for 3 months now. I go to counselor so that I can change myself because my husband said that I have personal issues and he doesn't want to deal with it for the rest of his life. In one month, we are talking about couple counseling, I want to try my best to save this marriage because I love him. I wonder if I can still grant a green card even after I try so hard to save the marriage?
    Thanks

You may be able to file a self petition to remove condition on your green card, but this is not going to be easy and before you make anydecision, it's best to consult immigration attorney.
