    How to unlock windows 7 operating system?
    I want to change my current operating system [windows 7 64 bit] to [Windows 7 32 bit] but my laptop refuses to make any changes during installation.

    Are you booting from a Windows DVD and doing a fresh install (formatting the drive first)?
