If they do violate your little brother he will have to attend a probation violation hearing at which time the Judge gets to decide what to do with him. He may have to do his original sentence even if he was on probation for a long time. It's all up to the Judge. Your brother needs to re-read his original sentencing paperwork to see just what the Judge had in mind for him punishment wise if he does in fact mess up his probation. That will give you a good idea just what the Judge has in store for him when he messes up.
