I signed a lease for a 4 bedroom apartment and the apartment complex had 3 other roommates for me when I signed. The complex has moved me into 3 other 4 bedroom apartments and now they finally have me in a 2 bedroom apartment and they want me to sign a new lease. Do I have the right to make them honor the 4 bedroom lease? They want me to sign a new lease now, but they would not let me out of the 4 bedroom lease when I asked if I could get out of it since they had moved me around so much!

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

I'm not sure I followed what is happening here. You signed a lease for a 4 bdrm and they supplied you with 3 other roommates. So what happened? Why do they keep moving you? If they now have you in a 2 bdrm, they are within their rights to ask for a new lease. Depending on why they keep moving you would affect your rights.

Yes, unless you breached it somehow. Did the lease describe a particular apartment, i.e. "apartment no. 413"?
